EN-FAB Inc delivers modular production systems and skid mounted process units with complete engineering, fabrication, and testing for flexible, efficient, and fast deployment in oil and gas operations.
Our experience in the design and fabrication of skid mounted and modular production systems spans over 35 years. EN-FAB provide fully integrated, modular process skids for many applications including Fuel Gas Pressure Reduction Systems, Chemical Injection Systems, LACT (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer) units Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems. AI-Powered Packaged Production Systems.
Advantages vs. Build-on-site
Modular plants offer many benefits over a conventional build on-site facility including, fewer safety concerns during construction, ease of future modification and the flexibility to pivot in the direction of market change by adding additional modules to meet increased demand or modifying existing facilities in response to more profitable market initiatives.
What is a modular plant?
Modular systems can be comprised of many unit operations contained on a single skid or multiple skids that are connected on site to form a large process system. They are delivered as complete turnkey structures, that include all process equipment - pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, instrumentation, wiring, valves and piping, mounted within structural steel frame. This frame serves as a support during shipping and also provides access to the equipment for operation and maintenance purposes..
