One of the waste Beakar gas Gangotri agency,Amberpet there Office number always switch off…out of service or they don’t lift calls….

My Cylinder was in Aishwarya gas agency …I stay Musarambagh…they transferred without intimation to coustomers…& changed to Amberpet…from last 1.1/2 month they don’t lift calls,they don’t give consumers number…last month they don’t give cylinders booking….I got in black market….keeping 200 extra…..

5 days back again I booked they don’t come upto 1 week…though payment slip got it in next day…..

There agency owner ,staff are very reckless, rude….straight ly yet are telling on phone & face….we don’t give to Musarambagh we have lot of 4000 connections….u transfer to other agency…..telling in rude manner

Today I went to office in auto keep inform 200 charges extra & got cylinders from godown

They have 4000 connections….but they don’t have coustomer service ,manners,Arrogant staff & owner….they don’t have delivery boys from 10 days….all Coustomer are facing lot of issue & going directly & getting from godown……one of worst waste Gangotri agency……..

Pls remove all consumers no& transfer from this agency….for new customers pls don’t take in this agency’s strictly……
